1small can sliced black olivesif you have kalamata olives use those instead
1/4cupchopped roasted red bell pepper
handful of Italian parsley chopped
1/4cupchopped red onion
1/4cupcrumbled feta cheese
7TExtra virgin olive oil
4Twhite wine vinegar
salt & pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta and garlic in pot, drain. Set aside garlic. Toss pasta, tomatoes, parsley, olives, onion, and peppers in a bowl. Mash garlic with some salt, add to salad. Whisk oil, vinegar, and salt&pepper in separate bowl then pour and toss over salad.Mix in Feta, then serve.
