- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 200 grams Chicken Breast cut into strips
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning Mix
- ¼ cup Sliced White Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper cut into strips
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 200 grams Cooked Linguine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces taco seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Add chicken and cook until brown.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Toss in cooked linguine.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
