How to Make Halloween Oreo Cake Bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep a 9 x 9 inch baking dish..
Chop the Oreos.
Set aside.
Spread half of the chopped Oreos over the bottom of the baking dish.
Add the cake mixes, eggs, oil, and milk in a large mixing bowl.
Use an electric mixer to incorporate these ingredients.
This will be thick.
Add the cup of sprinkles to the cake batter.
Mix well.
Pour the cake batter on top of the crushed Oreos.
Pour it from one end of the baking pan to the other end.
Spray the offset spatula with nonstick baking spray.
Work carefully so that the Oreos don’t move.
Use the spatula to slowly and carefully spread the batter.
Make sure that the batter covers all four corners of the baking pan.
Add more chopped Oreos to the top of the cake batter.
Press those Oreos in the cake batter.
Sprinkle the rest of the Halloween sprinkles on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Check to see if the bars are baked at the 20 minute mark.
Insert a toothpick in the center.
If it comes out clean the bars are done.
Allow to cool in the pan before cutting.
