Baked BBQ Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS

–red potatoes – onion soup mix – vegetable oil – cooked shredded pork –  bacon chopped – shredded Mozzarella cheese – shredded Colby Jack cheese – diced red onion – barbecue sauce – light sour cream –jalapeno – chopped parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 1.

Quarter each red potato and place into a large bowl.

Step 2.

Add in the onion soup mix and vegetable oil and toss to coat.

Step 3.
