Lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and spread the chicken in the bottom of the dish in an even layer. Top with the cubed ham.
In a blender or food processor, blend the cream cheese, melted butter, mustard, seasonings, wine and lemon juice until creamy and well combined (you want the consistency to be like cheese dip so if it’s really thick add in a couple tablespoons of water or wine to thin it out). Spread the cream cheese sauce over the ham and chicken.
Top with the Swiss cheese slices and sprinkle with the fried onions. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted. Serve with a salad and enjoy!
