This soup can easily be thrown in the crock pot to be ready after a long day. Just add everything, except the turkey, to the crock and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Stir the turkey in and warm through before serving.

Ingredients
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1medium oniondiced
1– 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1tablespoonchili powder
½tablespooncumin
½teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoondried oregano
1– 15 oz. can red kidney beansundrained
1– 15 oz. can black beansundrained
1 -15oz.can chili beansundrained
1- 10oz.can Roteltomatoes and green chilies , undrained

2cupschoppedcooked turkey or chicken
½cuptomato juice

Instructions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, and then add the onion. Sauté for a few minutes until the onions begin to soften. Add in the diced green chilies and cook for another couple of minutes. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and oregano and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the beans, corn, turkey and tomato juice. Let simmer for 20 minutes until the turkey is warmed through and the flavors have melded. Top with diced avocado and cilantro.
