8oz.package cream cheesesoftened
2Tbutter
2Tmilk
½t.salt
¼t.pepper
Cheddar & Bacon
2Tchopped green onion
½cupchopped cooked bacon
1c.shredded cheddar
1t.Worcestershire
¼t.garlic powder
Blue Cheese & Cranberry
½cupshredded cheddar
½cupcrumbled blue cheese
½c.dried cranberries
1Tchopped parsley
Lemon Rosemary & Goat Cheese
Omit Milk
4oz.plain goat cheese
1t.lemon zest
1Tlemon juice
1Tfresh rosemarychopped
1t.paprika
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixer until whipped and fluffy, then add the flavor combination of your choice below. Shape each cheese ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour. Then roll each ball in minced parsley, sesame seeds, or chopped walnuts and cranberries. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Serve with crackers.
