1Tgrilled fish seasoning( I use Andy Roo's Creole seasoning, it's wonderful)
1t. dry dill
1/2c. shredded cheddar
oil for frying, about 1 cup
Yogurt Dill Sauce
1/4c. greek yogurt
1t. lemon juice
1Tminced onion
1t. dry dill
pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, but only 1/2 cup of the breadcrumbs.
Spread remaining breadcrumbs on a plate. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Form the tuna mixture into patties about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
Coat in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot skillet. About 3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Serve tuna patties with the yogurt dill sauce and enjoy!!
Yogurt sauce:
Mix all ingredients together well and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
This makes about 9 patties and serving size is 2 patties with sauce.
