These ribs work quite well in the crock pot too. Cook them on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Ingredients
3lbsboneless country-style ribs
2t. salt
1/2t. pepper
1large onionchopped
1/4cupcider vinegar
1/4cuppacked brown sugar
1cupketchup
3Tlemon juice
1Tprepared mustard
A few drops of Tabasco
A few drops liquid-smoke
1/2cupwater
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325, separate ribs into 3-4 inch pieces. Sprinkle salt into heavy skillet or wok over high heat. Add ribs in batches. Brown on all sides. Put ribs in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour off all but 2 fat from the skillet. Add onions to skillet and saute over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce is slightly thickened and the consistency of ketchup. Spoon over ribs. Bake uncovered, for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until ribs are tender. Baste a couple of times while cooking. Serve.
If you would like to cook these in the crock pot, cover with sauce and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
