Flank Steak with Balsamic Red Onion Marmalade

The sweet/sour combo of the marmalade punches up the flavor of the flank steak in this quick dinner dish. Any steak seasoning will do, but I use my own.

Preheat broiler and place the rack as close as you can get it to the element.

Season the flank steak on both sides with the steak seasoning and set aside.
