Sautéed Swiss Chard and Summer Squash

This is a really easy quick Swiss chard and squash recipe. Load this side dish down with as much feta cheese and red pepper as you like.

INGREDIENTS

– large squash or zucchini  – Swiss Chard – olive oil –  garlic  – red pepper flakes – oregano minced – onion minced – crumbled feta cheese – salt – fresh black pepper

Roughly chop Swiss chard leaves and stems, keeping them separate.

Step 1.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Step 2.

and add onion, chard stems and garlic to the pan.

Step 3.

You can’t go wrong with this delicious veggie side dish. It also makes a light lunch or dinner. Great to bring to parties, BBQ or potlucks. Stovetop sautéed swiss chard & Summer squash to make today.
