Preheat your grill (or start your coals) for indirect cooking by keeping the heat source to one side of your grill.
Meanwhile, lay the wings out on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine all of the spices (coriander through cayenne) and then sprinkle liberally all over the wings. Massage the seasoning into the meat and set aside while the grill preheats.
To cook, place the wings(in batches if necessary) directly over the coals to sear and give the wings some color.3-4 minutes per side, then move the wings to the other side of the grill away from the direct heat. Cover with the lid and continue to cook until a thermometer reaches 160 degrees, about 20 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the barbeque sauce and the apple juice and whisk together. Remove the wings from the grill into the bowl with the sauce and toss them together to coat. Return the wings to the grill for a few minutes to set the glaze. Remove the wings to a serving platter and enjoy!
