Ingredients
4iced tea bags
1gallonwater
1 lemon, sliced
2sprigsfresh mint
Blackberry Syrup
1cupsugar
2cupwater
6ozfresh blackberries
Instructions
Place the water, tea bags, lemon and mint in a one gallon glass jar and cover with a tight fitting lid or plastic wrap.
Place outside in direct sun for 2-4 hours or until the tea is your desired strength. Keep in the fridge and use within 3 days.
Blackberry Syrup
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced by half. Strain into a small glass jar and cool completely before use. Store in the fridge.Add a few tablespoons to your glass before adding your tea. Stir and enjoy!
