Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 whole roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients to a food processor and blend until dip is smooth and well combined. Spoon into a serving bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers and crudité.
