Combine ingredients in a mixer until whipped and fluffy, then add the flavor combination of your choice below. Shape each cheese ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour. Then roll each ball in minced parsley, sesame seeds, or chopped walnuts and cranberries. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Serve with crackers.
