INGREDIENTS

–  large zucchini – bratwurst sausages – bell pepper  – onion finely chopped –minced garlic – kosher salt – pepper –  Italian seasoning – diced tomatoes drained – shredded provolone

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 1.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and submerge the whole zucchini into the boiling water.

Step 2.

Blanch for 5 minutes or until the zucchini have softened somewhat.
