Tennessee Flood

picture from S. McDaniel

This is pretty much what it looks like all over Tennessee right now. Fortunately, I live in Georgia, but our entire family lives in either west or rural Middle Tennessee. For my family in Hickman County, the next few days look grim. Heavy Rain is supposed to continue through the day. The power sub-station is completely under water which means that not only does the town have no electricity, but they don’t have any running water either. Many friends who live way back in the country are completely cutoff. Roads and driveways have been washed away and the tiniest streams and creeks have turned into swollen rivers overnight.
Keep all of Tennessee in your thoughts and prayers and hope that the waters receded as quickly as they came.

I've been following you for quite some time, and I never knew you had an etsy shop. I'm in love with the Sophia bag in linen.
