Easter Dip Recipe - Southern Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip Appetizers

This Easter Sunday mix up some seriously tasty, Spicy Pimento Cheese. Slather on a cracker or between 2 slices of toasted sourdough bread for appetizers

WHAT IS PIMENTO CHEESE?

Pimento cheese can only be described as a Southern sandwich spread. It’s the perfect Easter dip recipe. You can use it as a main dish or as a condiment. Pimento cheese can be slathered on crackers, veggies or hamburgers.  Before your Easter ham make this spicy cheese dip.

INGREDIENTS

– grated Cheddar  – grated Pepper Jack – diced pimentos –garlic powder – onion powder – black pepper – cayenne – diced hot pickled banana peppers  – mayo

In a medium bowl,

Step 1.

mix all ingredients until well combined

Step 2.

Refrigerate

We actually LOVE to make a unique Pimento Cheese sandwich called The Guacamento. Its bacon, pimento cheese, and guacamole on toasted bread.
